Calendula contributes towards normal function of the liver and intestines. Aniseed boosts one’s digestion and appetite.

mint stem, chamomile flowers, aniseed, fennel seeds, caraway seeds, calendula, mallow flowers

Brewing Instructions

5g of nettle leaf for 500ml of boiled water, leave to infuse for 10 minutes, drink twice daily
