Thank you for shopping at Skin Solace! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.

If you're uncertain about going ahead with full-size products, do not fear! We will soon offer a Tester Kit, our sample introductory pack, as a great way to trial the range and see which products work best for your skin. We always recommend doing a patch test when using any new product on your skin for the first time.

Returns
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your products for any reason you have 14 calendar days (from delivery) to return them provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Any unused items received back within this period will receive a full refund (minus a 10% restocking fee).

Please email enquiries@skinsolace.co.uk if you wish to return an item. We will provide a returns authorisation number and a returns form for you to complete. The returns form will have all the information required to make the return.

If it has been longer than 14 calendar days since delivery please get in touch with our customer care team to find out your options: enquiries@skinsolace.co.uk

Only products purchased through skinsolace.co.uk or Skin Solace HQ may be returned to us. Products purchased through an authorised retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s policy.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Non-Delivery Of Items

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:

  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • The addressee has gone away
  • The parcel was not collected

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a £5.99 postage and handling fee in the UK. This covers the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.

Any Other Issues

If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the order date to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
