How to use

Prepare your skin: Rinse your skin with warm water to soften it and open your pores.

Apply the scrub: Put a small amount of scrub in your hands and apply it to damp skin. You can use a loofah, brush, or pad to increase exfoliation, but use gentler movements than you would with your hands.

Massage: Gently massage the scrub into your skin in circular motions for no longer than 30 seconds.
Rinse: Rinse off the scrub with warm water until your skin is smooth and clean.

Moisturise: Apply a moisturiser to lock in hydration.

You can use a body scrub 1–3 times a week, depending on your skin type and the type of scrub you're using. For example, people with oily skin may benefit from more frequent exfoliation. If you have sensitive skin, you can perform a patch test on your hand before using the scrub.
You can also use a body scrub before shaving to remove dead skin cells around hair shafts, which can help you get a closer shave and reduce razor burn.
