Directions
Remove your flaxseed pillow from its pillow case, add four to six drops of your essential oil blend and place your pillow back inside it's case. The pillow can be used just as it is, but for hot/cold therapy: Gently heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds, or on top of the radiator, or for a cold compress, chill in the freezer for 30 minutes; then slip over your eyes and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of the lavender.
